Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support its commercial legal team in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the AMER Sales team by leading negotiations and advising on commercial and legal issues
• Collaborate with Product Legal to launch new products and features
• Contribute to the development of the company's commercial legal infrastructure, including drafting agreements and improving internal processes

Required Qualifications

• JD degree or foreign equivalent with membership in at least one US state bar
• 6+ years of relevant experience in-house or at a top law firm
• Familiarity with legal issues and commercial risks related to hosted data and technology services
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong ownership
• Intellectually curious with a creative problem-solving mindset
