Contract Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Associate to manage contracts for the Retail Payments and Activation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on business opportunities and present findings
• Manage project tasks including contract preparation, drafting, execution, and negotiation
• Facilitate meetings with partners and internal teams, managing agendas and action items

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in project and partner management
• 3+ years managing complex cross-functional projects
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with the contracting process and negotiation
