Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Consumer Privacy, AI & Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's privacy program, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Operationalize privacy and introduce scalable solutions for managing privacy tickets, data records, and other privacy projects
• Identify and mitigate privacy legal risks throughout the product lifecycle and collaborate on estate planning product development

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar
• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant legal experience, with a strong focus on privacy law
• Experience in technology or product development within a legal framework
• Proven track record of reviewing privacy clauses in commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future
