Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Director-Construction Controls & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cost management and data analytics for healthcare client accounts
• Manage team activities, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations
• Direct project phases including procurement, planning, execution, and financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may be considered
• Experience in construction project controls and organizational controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project/cost management software
• Expert organizational skills and advanced math skills
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
