Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Contracts Specialist who will manage all contractual aspects of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with project scope, budget, and schedule
- Maintain contract records, monitor performance, and manage change orders and disputes
- Identify contractual risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in contract management in project-based environments
- Experience with procurement processes and contract law
- Proficiency in contract management software
- Experience with FIDIC, NEC, or other standard contract forms and international project experience
