Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SEWIP Program Analyst to support defense initiatives through program analysis and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of Task Planning Sheets (TPS) and analyze them for program control
• Prepare and maintain spend plans and analyze financial obligations and expenditures
• Conduct analysis and prepare budget exhibits in support of the Department of the Navy and other defense budget submissions

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of budget development processes and financial management principles
• Experience with the Department of Navy and Office of Secretary of Defense budgetary cycles
• Familiarity with Task Planning Sheets and the Navy Enterprise Planning System
• Understanding of the Navy Modernization Process Management and Operational Manual
• Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred; PMP certification is a plus
