Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to drive Agile practices, lead teams, and ensure delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and champion Agile principles
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress while fostering collaboration and accountability
• Track and communicate team metrics to drive performance and support project planning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
