Vice President of Agile Practices

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Agile Practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive SAFe implementation and optimization across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• Manage and develop a team of Scrum Masters and Project Managers while fostering a culture of servant leadership
• Evaluate and implement agile tooling and platforms to support scaled delivery and drive systemic improvements

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in agile transformation, coaching, and implementation
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing agile teams and transformation initiatives
• Direct experience leading SAFe implementations in organizations with 500+ technology professionals
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification strongly preferred
