Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of programmatic traders, ensuring expertise in campaign execution and optimization
- Oversee the technical setup, pacing, and launch of programmatic campaigns to align with client objectives
- Guide real-time monitoring and adjustments of campaign performance to maximize outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or ad tech, with at least 1-2 years in a management role
- Experience in managing teams focused on technical programmatic execution
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and related technical systems
- Proven track record in managing technical escalations and using tools like JIRA and SQL
