Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to provide consulting services and manage projects from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and schedules
• Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of education and experience may be considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Sophisticated math skills for calculating complex figures
