Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager II, Customer, North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and execute complex project engagements, ensuring seamless customer transitions to account support teams
- Develop internal and external workflows and training documents across multiple service lines
- Analyze project risks, communicate issues, and mentor team members to support customer project needs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of proven project management experience in a matrix environment
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SKP and Securebase
- Experience in customer-facing roles and managing cross-functional teams
