A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager I - AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of AI programs across internal and customer-facing domains
• Partner with the AI Engineering team to operationalize prototypes into scalable programs
• Define program charters, project plans, stakeholder maps, and milestone schedules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
• 6-8 years of program management or business operations experience, preferably in a SaaS or data-driven tech company
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs with technical and business teams
• Familiarity with AI-related technologies and workflows, including basic exposure to Python, Databricks, or ML models
• Comfort working in remote and distributed team environments
