Director of Strategic Program Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Program Delivery responsible for driving the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide programs aligned with strategic priorities
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to create executable roadmaps
• Establish PMO standards and mentor program managers to enhance delivery capability

Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years of program management experience, preferably in the SaaS/technology industry
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Program Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• PMP, PgMP, or similar professional certification is a plus
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and scaling teams
• Exposure to Agile, Product Development, or SDLC environments preferred
