• 8+ years of experience in clinical or product operations or change management within healthcare or digital health
• Prior experience working closely with clinicians and clinical leadership
• Strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional team collaboration
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
• Experience in network operations or related fields, preferably in a global environment
