Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Project Manager - Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project management and construction to meet timelines, specifications, quality, and costs
• Ensure compliance with corporate and local standards, and facilitate programmatic deliverables and budgets
• Act as the first point of escalation for project-related issues and manage external consultants and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study with a minimum of six years of related experience
• Prior supervisory experience required if duties include direct report responsibilities
• Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• PMP and LEED AP certifications preferred
