Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master responsible for guiding Agile teams and promoting self-organization and maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coach Agile processes, including work decomposition and backlog management
• Support the Product Owner in maximizing business value and ensure team alignment with product vision
• Promote Agile values and principles across the organization and enhance team productivity

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Agile methodologies, specifically as a Scrum Master or in Kanban/XP environments
• Evolving knowledge of relevant domains/products/journeys
• Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts within the team
• Practices servant leadership and promotes innovative thinking
• Focus on continuous improvement throughout the value stream
