Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of field operations and delivery initiatives to align with strategic business goals
• Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools to standardize delivery
• Analyze delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement and enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project or program management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)
• Experience with change management and process optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
