Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to manage Agile projects and coach teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute time-boxed sprints, daily scrums, backlog reviews, and retrospectives
• Gather and disseminate project information, documenting team agreements and plans
• Identify and resolve impediments, ensuring timely delivery of quality work products

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience with Scrum Master/Agile/Kanban methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
• No security clearance required; must pass a Public Trust background check
• Must have resided in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years
