Key Responsibilities
- Collects and prepares information for presentations and meetings
- Works closely with committees and key stakeholders to support key strategies
- Manages the VP, Business Operations' schedule, meeting preparations, and travel arrangements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management or administrative support roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management or executive-level administrative support preferred
- Experience managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Familiarity with budget tracking and expense reconciliation
