Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Customer Experience - Broadband.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer experience pain points and build a Customer Experience strategy
- Manage and facilitate customer operations process improvement initiatives and ensure on-time delivery
- Lead project meetings, manage stakeholder communication, and coordinate cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management with a focus on operational improvements in the broadband industry
- Experience supporting customer operations organizations with knowledge of Call Center and Field Tech Operations
- PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- Certifications in change management, customer experience, or broadband industry training are desired
