Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Customer Experience - Broadband.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer experience pain points and build a Customer Experience strategy
  • Manage and facilitate customer operations process improvement initiatives and ensure on-time delivery
  • Lead project meetings, manage stakeholder communication, and coordinate cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management with a focus on operational improvements in the broadband industry
  • Experience supporting customer operations organizations with knowledge of Call Center and Field Tech Operations
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • Certifications in change management, customer experience, or broadband industry training are desired
