Senior Project Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Leader responsible for overseeing clinical research projects and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the successful delivery of clinical research projects within budget and client expectations
• Supervises project leaders and mentors staff while collaborating with various departments to ensure project success
• Participates in client meetings and scientific conferences, representing the project and discussing business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with at least 11 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 9 years, or a PhD with 6 years in pharma/CRO
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical trial management principles with at least 5 years of management experience
• Proven track record of delivering complex clinical trials on time and within budget
• Experience in therapeutic research areas, particularly in substance use and mental health, is preferred
• Strong cross-functional project management and time management skills
