Key Responsibilities
- Manage planning, execution, and delivery of multiple enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, mentoring less experienced project managers and facilitating effective communication
- Enhance project governance and risk management strategies while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Required Qualifications
- PMP certification is required
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise project management with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects
- Experience with ERP, HCM/HRIS, and enterprise business system implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Microsoft 365 applications
