Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise-wide projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of multiple enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, mentoring less experienced project managers and facilitating effective communication
• Enhance project governance and risk management strategies while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• PMP certification is required
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise project management with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects
• Experience with ERP, HCM/HRIS, and enterprise business system implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Microsoft 365 applications
