Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Strategy Manager to lead efforts in identifying and launching new programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential program opportunities through research and industry networking
• Prepare for and manage program launches in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive business development conversations with utility partners and manage pilot development activities

Required Qualifications

• Strong desire to work in climate tech
• 3+ years of experience in business development, project management, and research/analysis
• Experience working cross-functionally within organizations and with external partners
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
