Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Construction Project Manager to provide advanced administrative support to the project management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project management team in managing budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, and risk for commercial real estate projects
- Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Track project progress against goals and budgets, reporting status and variances while crafting action plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; working knowledge of MS Project is beneficial
- Previous AEC experience preferred, including construction project management or owner's representative roles
- Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
- Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality
