Program Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Specialist responsible for customer outreach and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs and generate referrals/revenue through outreach
• Provide excellent customer service and address issues with customers, providers, and vendors
• Understand business workflows and execute cross capture of products to maximize revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training
• Federal government clearance may be required for handling sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
