Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise program management or business transformation
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to lead enterprise initiatives in a matrixed organization
• PMP, PgMP, or other project/program management certification preferred
