Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director responsible for shaping the strategic direction of healthcare programs and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of program performance across multiple projects, including technical, contractual, and financial elements
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while effectively communicating changes to program scope, timeline, or budget
• Oversee project activities to ensure compliance, timely completion, and budget adherence while managing contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience
• 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and/or Federal Contracts
• 3+ years of experience in Agile Software Development
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a client services organization
