Scrum Master II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master II to guide Agile teams in utilizing Agile/Scrum practices and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team using a servant leadership style and ensure accountability to Agile principles and practices
• Facilitate collaboration, decision-making, and conflict resolution while empowering the team to self-organize
• Assist in tracking team progress, removing impediments, and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of one year of experience in Agile or iterative processes for project delivery
• Preferred software development experience in full life cycle environments
• Experience leading software development or IT infrastructure teams is preferred
• Professional Scrum Master certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
