Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Project Management Coordinator to provide operational oversight and support for the Final Publication Review process.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track Final Publication Review submissions and coordinate review and approval workflows
- Maintain publication records in Salesforce and escalate compliance issues as needed
- Collaborate with medical writers, reviewers, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams for timely execution of publication reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, communications, project management, or a related field preferred
- Associate's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in medical publication, Salesforce, project management, or editorial work
- Experience working with strict compliance requirements and processes
- Proficiency in Salesforce and strong skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and process adherence
