Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to provide administrative support for retail bank construction renovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Management team in managing project facets including budget, schedule, and procurement
- Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Track project progress and report status, crafting action plans to meet objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; knowledge of project management software is beneficial
- Previous AEC experience preferred, including construction project management or owner's representative roles
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and knowledge of leases and contracts
- Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality
