Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Director to lead and scale complex product development programs in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams and partners to enhance product development capabilities
• Apply Lean principles to promote process efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement
• Establish governance and communication structures to ensure transparency and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in enterprise technology or product development
• Experience leading complex programs supporting end-to-end product development workflows
• 2+ years of experience with GenAI related programs and delivering new use cases
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices
