Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Services Architecture & Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements
• Facilitates sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives while maintaining the product backlog
• Coordinates with service delivery teams to ensure operational readiness and smooth handoff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, etc)
• 5+ years of experience in an MSP or IT Infrastructure Services delivery organization
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing systems
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or ITIL Foundation are preferred
