Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end transformation projects across various corporate functions
• Design and test processes while collaborating closely with teams to implement new workflows
• Deliver measurable business outcomes and track project impacts against enterprise priorities

Required Qualifications and Education

• 7+ years of experience in leading large-scale transformation or enterprise improvement projects
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) with a proven track record in diverse environments
• Experience in hands-on project ownership and process design
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools
• Familiarity with modern methodologies such as design thinking and agile practices
