VP of Adoption

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Adoption to lead its post-sales organization and drive operational excellence in technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a world-class professional services business with scalable systems and methodologies for construction technology adoption
• Oversee enterprise-grade implementations of a web-based BIM system for production homebuilders
• Develop high-performing teams and advocate for the use of AI and automation to improve processes and reduce adoption time

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex technical implementations in BIM, AEC software, or construction technology
• Proven P&L management experience with accountability for business unit profitability and growth
• Professional services leadership with success in building consulting and training organizations
• Experience managing distributed teams of 40+ employees across the US and abroad
• Deep understanding of AEC workflows and challenges in migrating from legacy systems to modern platforms
