Project Manager for IPO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Investment Round & IPO) to coordinate preparation processes for an investment round and potential IPO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end investment round and IPO preparation projects
• Create and administer the data room for stakeholders
• Coordinate due diligence processes with various firms and manage project timelines

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of project management experience in investment rounds, IPO, M&A, or corporate finance
• Understanding of fundraising and IPO processes
• Experience with data rooms (Intralinks, Merrill Datasite, Ansarada, or similar)
• English Upper-Intermediate+ proficiency
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-responsibility environment
