Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation and budgets
• Schedule and lead project meetings, ensuring vital information is gathered before construction
• Manage project schedules, financial success, and subcontractor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Previous project management experience or a BS/BA in a related field
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is a plus
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
• Extensive experience managing construction project budgets
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, safety standards, and management processes
