Project Cost Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Project Cost Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and track project budgets and maintain cost control reports
• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and assess project documentation for compliance
• Identify potential risks impacting project deliverables and develop risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an Estimator, Cost Manager, or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and planning concepts
• Ability to generate AACE level 1-5 cost evaluations and expertise in estimating software
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills
