Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Programs Director to lead complex, multi-year strategic programs that drive transformation across its global enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple interdependent projects across business and technology domains to ensure on-time delivery of milestones

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years, Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant experience
• 10+ years' experience in Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical or related industries focusing on enterprise program management
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformational programs with complex problem-solving and multi-stakeholder management
• Strong expertise in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills in a matrixed environment
