Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive execution and delivery for complex cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Owner to translate roadmap priorities into engineering plans
• Lead Agile ceremonies and drive sprint execution with predictable delivery
• Provide program visibility through dashboards, status reports, and risk logs tailored to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce systems (SFDC RCA, PPL, and CPQ) is required
• Strong Agile/SAFe program management skills, including backlog management and sprint execution
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and program dashboards for disciplined execution
• Proven ability to anticipate risks and manage dependencies across Sales/Finance functions
