Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Project Manager responsible for managing multiple real estate projects and providing consulting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and schedules
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure all functions remain on schedule while resolving issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to develop innovative methods for project management
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Experience in leading and coaching others within the project management function
