Key Responsibilities
- Support training preparation and execution, including logistics and technology setup
- Coordinate calendars, confirm meeting rooms, and ensure materials are organized and distributed
- Assist with trainer/trainee access and provide logistical support during training sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- Experience in project coordination, process improvement, or training support is a plus
