Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale business process and technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support training preparation and execution, including logistics and technology setup
  • Coordinate calendars, confirm meeting rooms, and ensure materials are organized and distributed
  • Assist with trainer/trainee access and provide logistical support during training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • Experience in project coordination, process improvement, or training support is a plus
