Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee the execution of features and integrations within their AI and WayFinding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to define technical scopes and schedules for feature delivery
• Coordinate cross-team alignment and manage technical dependencies for major integrations
• Support client implementations by capturing requirements and aligning timelines with product and implementation teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a SaaS or platform environment
• Proven track record of coordinating complex, multi-team technical projects
• Strong ability to translate product requirements into engineering execution
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with competing priorities
• Bonus: Experience or strong interest in healthcare, integrations, or AI products
