Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Experience Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication processes and updates for service and operations teams
• Coordinate and implement training and process improvements across departments
• Analyze training efficacy and engage stakeholders during change events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Formal education or training in project management practices preferred
• Experience in a customer or internal client-facing project management role
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• CAPM certification preferred
