Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication processes and updates for service and operation teams
- Coordinate and implement training and process improvements across departments
- Analyze training efficacy and engage stakeholders during change events
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Formal education or training in project management practices preferred
- Experience in a customer or internal client-facing project management role
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- CAPM certification preferred
