Key Responsibilities

• Lead Professional Services engagements to optimize clients' software delivery processes
• Design and guide project planning and delivery for multiple implementation engagements
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and overall project health to ensure successful project completion

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS or technology consulting firms managing large-scale projects
• 5+ years in Professional Services or Technical Consulting with a focus on client relationships
• Proficiency with Project Management and Professional Services Automation tools
• PMP Certification and experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle in an enterprise environment
