Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and develop strategic programs remotely from anywhere in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional initiatives and manage collaboration challenges across various departments
• Translate loosely defined needs into structured, scalable initiatives and promote agile delivery approaches
• Define KPIs, track delivery health, and lead rollouts of new systems and tools

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs or projects
• Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Experience across multiple business domains such as Sales and Finance
• Degree or certification in business, project management, or related field preferred
• Comfortable adopting AI tools and platforms for task automation and decision-making
