Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project implementation and execution through construction completion
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and prepare cost reports as required
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings and guide clients through the design implementation process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 10 or more years of related experience
• Advanced project management skills and understanding of project management business
• Experience in client relations, contract negotiations, and consulting
• Strong working knowledge of architectural/engineering drawings and construction concepts
