Energy Efficiency Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Support Manager responsible for supervising a team and managing external vendors in energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and oversee vendor performance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to support program delivery and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field and 7+ years of relevant experience (or 11+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• Experience managing vendors and leading cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Energy Efficiency or Electric Vehicle programs
• Leadership experience in program or project management
• Valid U.S. driver's license
