Project Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Estimator to support the sales team in creating accurate pricing proposals for laboratory furnishings.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of quotations and scope letters throughout project phases
• Create cost estimates and order processing documents for job requirements
• Collaborate with the team to understand customer project needs and provide recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Mathematics, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1+ years of related experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Knowledge of lab furniture market and SEFA laboratory standards preferred
• Ability to read specifications, construction documents, and architectural drawings
