Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Development Manager or Technical Program Manager
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into technical programs
• Technical understanding of systems involved, with a willingness to develop domain expertise
• Experience in defining and running end-to-end complex technical programs
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
